Hello I’m Erika - owner of The Parched Pony!

My journey here started in 2016 while I was a bartender at a local restaurant and dreaming of something more! I have always had a passion for entertaining friends and family, and I’ve realized that the bar is the center of most gatherings!

I am a mom of two and a Real Estate Agent here in Placer County. The Parched Pony has allowed my creative side to flourish by always creating new drinks and cute presentations to complement any event perfectly!

At the end of the day, for me, running a mobile bar business isn't just about making a profit- it's about bringing a touch of magic to every event we serve and creating the kind of atmosphere that people will remember for years to come.
